Property owners are encouraged to attend Open Book to discuss any questions or concerns with the assessor. Many issues can be addressed at that time, which may eliminate the need to file a formal objection.

Requirements for Filing an Objection
Requirement One:
The property owner must notify the clerk at least 48 hours in advance (either in writing or orally) of their intent to object prior to the Board of Review meeting on June 22, 2026. This requirement may be waived for good cause during the first Board of Review meeting.
There is no specific form required for this notice. The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) encourages submitting a written notice.
Notice of Intent to File Objection (optional written form), or you may call the Town Clerk at 715-258-2779 to provide verbal notice.
Requirement Two:
The property owner must complete Objection Form PA-115 and file it with the clerk before the end of the Board of Review meeting on June 22, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Objection Form PA-115 (Mandatory – failure to file a completed Form PA-115 with the Clerk will result in no hearing).
