The Town of Farmington will hold a public hearing to consider an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, and changes to the Preferred Land Use Map. The purpose of the Amendment is to: change the land use designation of the property located at N2939 Hartman Creek Rd (Parcel #05-30-44-3) from Forestry to Agriculture. This change will support a higher level of development consistent with the property owner’s proposed use of splitting the parcel and constructing a second dwelling.
