Notice of Board of Review Open Book Meeting – Notice of Open Book June 13th, 2025
Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the assessment roll for the year 2025 will be open for examination on June 13, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Additionally, the assessor will be available at the Town Hall during this time to answer questions and provide information regarding property assessments.
Instructional materials will be provided at the Open Book session for individuals who wish to object to property valuations under Wis. Stat. § 70.47.
**Requirements for Filing an Objection:
Requirement One:
The property owner must notify the clerk at least 48 hours in advance (either in writing or orally) of their intent to object prior to the Board of Review’s Open Book meeting. This requirement may be waived for good cause during the first Board of Review meeting.
There is no specific form for your notice. The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) encourages you to submit a written notice.
- Notice of Intent to File Objection (optional written notice form OR you can call the Town Clerk at 715-258-2779 to notify verbally)
Requirement Two:
The property owner must complete Objection Form PA-115 and file it with the clerk before the end of the Board of Review’s Open Book meeting (June 13, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.).
- Objection Form PA-115 (Mandatory! Faliure to file completed Form PA-115 with the Clerk will result in NO HEARING).
