Driveway Permit Reminder: Apply Before You Pave!

Did you know that if you plan to establish OR replace your driveway, you need a Driveway Permit Application from your Township? This applies whether you’re putting in a new driveway, upgrading an existing one, or just temporary. For example, if you’re replacing a gravel driveway with concrete or stone, a Driveway Permit is required.

Please allow at least two weeks between when you plan to replace or establish your driveway and submitting your permit application. This gives the Town ample time to review the area and ensure your plans comply with regulations. This permit costs $60.00.

Remember to consult with County Planning and Zoning for information on any required county-level permits – this is seperate from Township permits.
