Notice that American Transmission (ATC) will be installing underground fiber installation from the Hartman Creek Substation (Hwy Q N of State Rd 54) to the Harrison Substation (River St – City of Waupaca).  Work to start in early fall 2024 and complete by December 2024.  Crews will be in the field locating existing utilities and performing environmental & engineering surveys.  Most of the work will be in the road right-of-way.
